Psychological Risk Assessment

Gain clarity and come to good solutions with us.

Since 2013, the psychological risk assessment (PRA) has been prescribed in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG): Hazards from work to mental health must be recorded and minimized. What is a must we see as a benefit for your company: We prepare the results of the PRA for you in such a way that you can recognize and concretely address challenges in your company. Together we analyze work situations and find practical solutions for the previously identified problems - so that you as a company can thrive towards your success.

How does the psychological risk assessment work?

1

Survey

First, we use a tried-and-tested questionnaire to filter out the areas and departments in your company where the stresses lie. Your employees simply complete the questionnaire online on their computer, cell phone, or tablet.

2

Analysis

In particularly stressed departments, we now conduct work situation analyses (Asita for short). In the analysis workshop we moderate, we highlight specific challenges together with selected employees from the department.

3

Solutions

In the subsequent solution workshop, we support employees and managers in finding solutions for the challenges filtered out in the analysis workshop: How can they work together to reduce previous stresses? The entire company benefits from a healthy working environment.

You have already conducted an employee survey?

For example, you have used a survey tool from your employers' liability insurance association: We start immediately with the work situation analyses in particularly stressed departments. We look for appropriate measures and provide you with targeted support in implementing them.

What our PRA does in concrete terms

Example 1: less overtime

The employees of a department have to work with very many computer programs. During our analysis workshop, it turned out that the employees were insufficiently trained to work with the different software. In the past, this led to massive overtime, often late in the evening and on weekends. What the employees didn't know and what we found out in the solution workshop together with the manager: In the company, there is one person for each computer program who is specially trained for the software and supports other employees in using it. After the solution workshop, the employees know whom to turn to if they have difficulties. Unnecessary overtime and long working hours have been reduced.
